Some more photographs today from both the Emma-Louise bondage session and Jay being tormented with sparklers. Sparklers really are a lot of fun to shoot with – they look so impressive and it’s lovely to see the girls writing and hear them squealing as the sparks hit their skin.
Sparklers aren’t as dangerous as you might at first think, although it goes without saying that you should always exercise care when playing with fire. It’s the inner metal core of the sparkler that poses the greatest danger, so be careful – I’d hate to think of any Doms getting hurt.

Today we’re featuring our Alpha sub Jay. Jay has been with Shadowslaves since it’s beginnings and is featured in both submissive and Dominant roles on the site. Jay is also our production manager and second photographer, proving that she’s a multitalented woman.

My blog entry today is also a rant about the number of governments worldwide that are making life very difficult for those of us into consensual bondage and BDSM. As adults, it’s surely up to us what images we look at on the Internet and what sexual choices we make in life. We don’t need governments protecting us from ourselves.
In this climate of fear it’s heartbreaking to see so many other BDSM sites closing their doors and shutting up shop.
